I have been training in the gym for some time now but have not been showing diligence in my diet and sleeping patterns. I have been out partying regularly and this has taken a toll on my progress....I have decided to follow a strict diet and lifestyle involving a regular training program and carb cycling diet together with a few supplements I have used in the past with great success. My goal is to achieve a hard ripped muscular body similar to that of a fitness model such as Julien Greaux (whom I think has the perfect look). I will complete a series of workouts comprising of a morning cardio session, evening weight training and stretching regime. I will cycle carbs with high medium and zero days and will consume clean foods and avoid all junk foods. Carbs sources will include; oatmeal, brown rice and bananas. Protein sources will include ; chicken breasts, egg whites, and protein powders. Fat sources will come from olive oil, omega 3 fish oil, peanut butter and almonds. 3 litres of water will be consumed per day as well as vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage and leafy greens. Supplements used will be Jack3d for energy, Cellmass for strength and Optimum whey. This will be a test for myself both mentally and physically and hopefully I can reap the rewards by summer time......I will update this blog daily as a record for myself and as a monitor of my progression. I will be posting daily food consumption, workout results and weekly progress pics every friday....
